Closer to home, successful local developers have retained Mankarios Partnership to provide technical assistance in the initial development phases of a 5 star hotel in North Dallas. Room sizes, suite mix, spa program, restaurant offerings, service styles and creative amenities are being crafted to create a hotel program which, when finalized, will place it at the top of the market in this great home town, where Mankarios has operated for 22 years.

Las Banderas
Tim Koogle, CEO of Serendipity Land Holdings and developer
of El Banco in Punta de Mita, Mexico, has announced the appointment of Mankarios
Partnership of Dallas to provide technical services and ongoing management and
marketing of the hospitality element of his unparalleled hundred million dollar ultra
luxury resort development in Punta de Mita.
El Banco is situated on 120 acres of ocean-front property and will be the site
of Mexico’s most luxurious low-density residential community. It will include an
exceptional resort hotel, Las Banderas of 75 ultra luxurious premium suites, a
unique world class spa, private beach club, up to 30 private residences (which
will be part of the hotel operation), and other amenities, all overlooking one
of the word’s most wondrous beaches.

Paramount
RPC Holdings (formerly Royal Palm Communities), the
real estate firm behind the new Paramount brand of ultra-luxury mixed use
developments, has announced a strategic alliance with Dallas-based Mankarios
Partnership.
The Boca Raton-based real estate company, led by developer Daniel Kodsi, has
developed a portfolio with a market value of over one billion dollars and
current projects planned or under construction with a market value of over three
billion dollars.

Among the firm’s vast holdings are a variety of mixed-use
projects, residential high-rises, CBD income properties, rental communities and
single-family homes totaling 3,000 units built throughout the state of Florida.
An additional 3,500 units are planned or under construction within the Paramount
brand.
The Mankarios Partnership will provide expertise and services to Paramount in
the following areas: general advisory services, technical assistance,
pre-opening services and hotel and condominium management.
